Come to Torrevelilla village in Spain for a "feel better" weekend of Spanish village life, and go home, not only feeling great, but also more hopeful about life in general with maybe with some new thoughts and tools to keep feeling better in your daily life.

Your hosts are two happy and friendly Danish/English (almost Spanish) brothers, Carl and Peter Williams who invite you into their lives for, what we hope, will be some fun and life-changing days with chats, activities and workshops for ordinary people (like us) who just want to enjoy a long life in good health.

There's nothing special about us, except perhaps, that we think we've found a simple and natural method to feel good about being alive, using little effort other than following a few simple health guidelines. So our retreat theme is really only that it might be much easier to be healthy and happy than most people are led to believe.

So if you're in mid-life, or a bit later, (like we are) and you're maybe starting to feel a bit bewildered and beaten-up by modern life, then we hope we can help you. We're not a spiritual retreat - not that there's anything wrong with those - but it's just not what we do.

We're a common sense and down-to-earth approach to simple healthy living. So no yoga, or pilates, breathing exercises or sound baths this time round. Nothing over elaborate, except the wonder of natural village life with new friends, clean air, walks among century old olive trees, and plenty of fun seasonal things to do like olive oil tasting, dips in river pools, star-gazing and rock-balancing.
